Job Description
The Slice House Counter Attendant is responsible for providing fast, friendly, and accurate service to guests at Graton Resort and Casino s Marketplace. This role includes taking orders, handling payments, preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the counter and guest facing areas, and ensuring compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards. The attendant must be able to work efficiently in a high-volume environment while delivering excellent guest service and supporting the overall operations of the Marketplace.
Must have one (1) year of experience in fast food or high-volume restaurants.
