We are looking for an experienced Busser with a strong hospitality background to help deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests. This role is essential in creating a seamless service experience by supporting servers, maintaining a polished dining room, and ensuring our guests receive attentive and professional service. The ideal candidate has experience in a fine dining, upscale casual, or high-volume restaurant environment and understands the importance of steps of service, teamwork, and attention to detail. Responsibilities Provide support to servers and front-of-house team throughout service Follow proper steps of service while maintaining high hospitality standards Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently while maintaining an elevated dining experience Pre-bus tables and anticipate guest needs Assist with water service, silverware, condiments, and table maintenance Run food and support service flow during busy shifts Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and side work areas Communicate professionally with guests and team members Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant standards Assist with large parties, special events, and high-volume services Requirements Bilingual fluency required (English/Spanish); must be able to communicate clearly with guests and team members Minimum 3 years of busser experience in a fine dining, upscale casual, or high-volume restaurant environment required Strong understanding of steps of service, hospitality standards, and front-of-house operations Knowledge of proper table maintenance, sanitation procedures, and food safety standards Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with servers, managers, hosts, bartenders, and kitchen team Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, carrying trays, and moving supplies Strong attention to detail with the ability to anticipate guest and team needs Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a proactive approach to supporting team success Must have open availability, especially nights and weekends This position offers the opportunity to grow within a professional upscale restaurant environment where hospitality, teamwork, and attention to detail are highly valued.
