Job Summary Starting pay:
$57, 784 Supports the Food & Beverage Manager by overseeing daily Brew Brothers operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, efficient service flow, and adherence to company standards. Provides leadership to front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams, assists with staffing and training, supports financial performance, and maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Drives service excellence, team engagement, and consistent execution across Brew Brothers operations. How You Will Create the Extraordinary Provides leadership and direction to supervisors, servers, bartenders, hosts, bussers, food runners, and culinary partners to ensure smooth and efficient Brew Brothers operations Oversees service flow, guest interactions, and overall dining performance to maintain high levels of satisfaction Supports hiring, onboarding, training, and performance development for all Brew Brothers team members Monitors staffing levels, scheduling, and labor management to meet business demands Addresses guest concerns with professionalism and urgency, ensuring timely resolution and follow‑up Maintains cleanliness, organization, and readiness of dining rooms, bars, service stations, and back‑of‑house areas Ensures compliance with food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service regulations Supports inventory control, ordering, product rotation, and vendor communication in partnership with culinary and purchasing teams Reviews daily financial reports and supports revenue and cost‑control initiatives Collaborates with culinary leadership to ensure accurate communication, timely food delivery, and consistent product quality Supports special events, promotions, and operational projects Maintains strong communication with culinary, beverage, hotel operations, security, and marketing to support seamless service Represents F&B leadership during assigned shifts and supports emergency or unusual situations as needed Performs additional duties or special assignments as required What You Will Need High school diploma or GED required Associate or bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred Bilingual in Spanish + English preferred One to three years of food and beverage experience required, including supervisory or management experience Strong knowledge of service standards, food and beverage operations, and guest service expectations Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment Strong financial awareness with the ability to interpret reports and support operational decisions Additional Requirements Ability to obtain and maintain any required state gaming, alcohol service, or regulatory licenses Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the property for extended periods Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds Ability to work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting, and guest activity Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events Compliance with all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements
