Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are currently looking for a dedicated Breakfast Attendant to join our team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests start their day on a positive note by providing excellent customer service and preparing and serving breakfast in a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up the breakfast area before guests arrive
• This includes the full array of buffet items (eggs, bacon, turkey sausage, biscuits) and ensuring a backup is always available for replenishing.
• Ensure all food items are fresh, properly displayed, and comply with health and safety regulations
• Greet guests warmly, assist with any inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service
• Handle food preparation tasks such as cooking, baking, and assembling breakfast items
• Maintain cleanliness in the breakfast area including cleaning tables, countertops, and equipment
• Monitor and replenish food items as needed to ensure a consistent breakfast experience for guests
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels and placing orders for supplies as needed
• Thoroughly clean the breakfast and great room areas after breakfast is completed, this includes restocking items and preparing for the next morning.

Breakfast Hours:

6:30AM

• 9:30AM Weekdays
• Staff times: 6:00 AM
• 10:30 AM 7:00AM
• 10AM Weekends
• Staff times: 6:30 AM
• 11:00

AM Requirements:

• Previous experience in meal preparation, food handling, or related roles is preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor
• Basic understanding of food service principles and practices
