Job Description

Cafeteria Attendant Overview:
This team member will ensure all food is served according to specifications, and work in conjunction with all line cooks. Salary for this position is (based on experience): $20.00/hour.

Responsibilities:
Communicate with the Chef to learn daily work tasks and their coordination, and completedailyprep list. Perform work assignments to meet proper quantities within a necessarytime frame. Be knowledgeable of all areas in the cafeteria. Be knowledgeable of plate presentations and preparationsofall menu items. Communicate with all cooks daily for properparsand production requirements when needed. Keep back and prep area clean as you work. Fill andmaintainthe prep list up to par, check daily. Check with MOD before leaving for the day.
Qualifications:
Must be able to endure exposure to heat,steamand hazardous cleaning chemicals. Must be able to stand for length of shift. Must be able to walk, run, push, pull andlift upto 50Ilbs. Must havepreviousexperience working insimilarFood and Beveragedepartment(kitchen, cafeteria, etc.). Must have unexpired Food Handler - or obtain upon hire. Must be 18 years or older.
