We offer an intimate, high-energy cocktail bar focused on delivering exceptional drinks, hospitality, and a seamless guest experience. We take pride in our craft, curating a dynamic atmosphere where every detail matters—from the cocktails we shake to the service we provide. Summary We're looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented team player to join our back-of-house support team as a Barista (this is not a traditional coffee role) and Barback. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Maintain a clean and organized food prep station and back bar area Prep garnishes and bar snacks to support efficient service Run bar snacks to guests in a timely and professional manner Assist with bussing tables to maintain a clean, polished space Support the team with dish and glassware cleaning & polishing Organize & label all food and produce for consistency and efficiency Help support the Server's and Bartender's to ensure flawless service Requirements What We're Looking For Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a high-energy setting Strong work ethic, hustle, and attention to detail A team-first attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed Experience in hospitality, bars, or restaurants is a plus but not required An appreciation for craft cocktails and top-tier guest experience What We Offer Competitive pay and a great work environment A chance to be part of a tight-knit, passionate team Opportunities for growth within an innovative, high-volume cocktail bar which is looking to grow into other markets If you want to be part of a fast-paced, growing & dynamic bar team that values precision, hospitality, and teamwork, we'd love to meet you.
