The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in the Coffee brewing process and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This role involves various tasks related to the production of beverages, including extracting, packaging, and ensuring sanitation throughout the facility. Responsibilities Operate brewing equipment and assist in the brewing process, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment and work areas in compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines. Monitor processes and assist in quality control measures to ensure product consistency. Package finished products for distribution, including canning. Utilize forklifts for moving materials and products safely within the warehouse environment. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance on equipment. Follow all food safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment in compliance with industry regulations. Experience Previous experience in a manufacturing or food industry setting is preferred. Familiarity with brewing processes, craft beer production, and packaging operations is highly desirable. Knowledge of sanitation practices, food safety standards, HACCP, and CGMP is essential. Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues effectively. Experience operating forklifts or similar warehouse equipment is a plus. $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
