MINIMUM AGE IS 18
The Dining Services Associate is responsible for performing a variety of resident food service functions that may include patient meal service, food preparation and assembly, maintaining department and position related sanitation guidelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assess unit service needs regarding food, paper, dishware, sanitation and overall cleanlinessPick-up all non-food supplies, diet list, menus, meal tickets and restock cabinetsPick-up all food supplies and set-up service areas, take temps and recordServe resident meals according to meal order taken by CNAClean service areas including all utensils, trash and service carts after each mealReturn soiled items and unused food to dish room after each mealAll service items are cleaned and sanitized by following dish machine process after each mealReturn all serving utensils, pan/pots to appropriate unit after each mealTake inventory of all items needed for next shift and place into unit mailbox located in the kitchenComplete unit sanitation checklist and give to supervisor before leaving for the day 11. Performs other duties as assigned

Education:
High School or GED Experience:
On the job training Ability to read, write and comprehend basic instructions in English. Ability to work in a team setting and meets deadlines and follows processes.#Wallingford PER DIEM
