La Plage Westport, located at the Inn at Longshore in Westport, CT, is seeking reliable, hardworking, and experienced Bussers to join our front-of-house team at our beautiful waterfront restaurant. We are currently hiring experienced full-time& part-time Bussers who are passionate about hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

BUSSER RESPONSIBILITIES
Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently Refill water glasses and assist with beverage service as needed Support servers by delivering food and assisting with guest requests Keep the dining room, service stations, and outdoor areas clean and organized Stock service stations with plates, glassware, utensils, napkins, and other supplies Assist with polishing silverware and glassware Help maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment throughout service Work closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred Positive attitude with a strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Excellent communication and guest service skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
