Wilton Meadows Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a dependable and compassionate weekend Dietary Aide/ Food Service Supervisor to join our team. Schedule is every other weekend Saturday-Sunday. Shift to be determined. The Weekend Dietary Aide/ Food Service Supervisor will assist with meal service and dietary operations while ensuring our residents receive safe, nutritious and timely meals. Responsibilities Prepare, portion, and serve meals according to resident diets and facility guidelines. Assist with breakfast, lunch, and dinner meal service. Follow therapeutic diet orders and food safety procedures. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining areas, and equipment. Monitor food temperatures and proper food handling. Assist with inventory, stocking, and kitchen organization. Supervise or coordinate dietary staff as needed during weekend operations. Communicate resident needs and dietary concerns to the appropriate staff. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous dietary, food service experience preferred. Experience in a skilled nursing facility is a PLUS Reliable attendance and postive attitude Must be able to work every other weekend Strong ability to work as a team.

From $21.50 per hour
