Full job description Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Busser to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests while supporting the restaurant staff in delivering exceptional service. Duties Efficiently clear and clean tables after guests have finished dining to prepare for the next guests. Assist servers by providing support during busy service periods, including refilling drinks and delivering food items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations. Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations. Help set up and break down dining areas for special events or catering services as needed. Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for all guests. Experience Previous experience in bussing or similar roles within the hospitality or food industry is preferred but not required. A strong understanding of restaurant operations, including kitchen dynamics and catering services, is beneficial. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment.
