Job Description
Nova Inn Resort is looking for a friendly, reliable, and guest-focused Breakfast Attendant to join our team. This role is responsible for providing an exceptional breakfast experience while ensuring the breakfast area is clean, organized, and available only to authorized guests. Responsibilities Set up, maintain, and replenish the breakfast buffet. Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude. Verify breakfast eligibility by checking breakfast vouchers, payment, or guest status. Keep the breakfast room, kitchen, and serving areas clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service. Perform daily cleaning of the breakfast room, kitchen, equipment, and storage areas. Complete scheduled deep cleaning tasks to maintain the highest cleanliness standards. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations. Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing. Assist with receiving and organizing breakfast deliveries. Report maintenance, safety, or guest concerns promptly. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills. Friendly, professional, and dependable. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs. Previous hotel or food service experience is preferred but not required. Authorized to work in the United States. Schedule Early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.
