Full Job Description Michelangelo's is looking for bussers to join the opening team at our new Manatee location. We are a busy, family-owned Italian restaurant looking for dependable team members who can work efficiently and help keep the dining room running smoothly. The right candidate will be hardworking, attentive, and comfortable staying active throughout a fast-paced shift.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Restaurant experience preferred, but not required Comfortable working quickly in a busy restaurant Friendly, attentive, and willing to help wherever needed Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Able to communicate and work well with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and management Able to clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently Willing to keep service areas clean, organized, and stocked Able to remain on your feet throughout the shift and safely lift and carry bus tubs, dishes, and supplies Evening and weekend availability required Open availability preferred Our bussers play an important role in creating a clean, welcoming experience for our guests. Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables, assisting servers, refilling water, maintaining clean dining and service areas, and helping the team during busy shifts. We are looking for people who take initiative, work well as part of a team, and understand the importance of keeping the restaurant clean and organized.
