In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests during high volume weekend breakfast service. You will prepare and present breakfast items, ensure cleanliness in the dining area, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience. Weekends are required as this is our busiest time. Responsibilities Prepare and set up breakfast items, including hot and cold dishes, beverages, and condiments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment. Assist guests with their dining needs, providing prompt and courteous service. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register. Ensure all food safety standards are met during preparation and service. Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies; report any shortages to management. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of breakfast items. Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and phone etiquette. Experience Previous experience as a dietary aide or in catering is preferred. Basic cooking skills are beneficial; experience with kitchen equipment is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
