Duties Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining area. Assist servers by delivering food and beverages using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring accurate order processing. Support food safety and sanitation standards through proper food handling and cleanliness practices. Engage with guests courteously, providing friendly guest relations and supporting their overall experience. Assist with beverage service, including basic drink delivery and supporting cocktail or spirits service when needed. Process cash transactions accurately during food and beverage upselling or sales transactions. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down tables, and organizing service stations. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques.
