Job Description

Come work at Liza Jackson Preparatory School. A Public Charter school with a family atmosphere. Be a part of our A+ outlook toward education. We are looking for an individual that will be able to work approximately 4 hours a day in our cafeteria. This is a 10-month position, including 6 paid holidays.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent. Physically, mentally, and emotionally capable of performing required tasks and duties essential to the position including working in very hot or cold temperature, requirement to meet deadlines with severe time constraints and tolerate loud noise levels. Able to lift 40-50 lbs or more. Able to stand for at least 3-5 hours.
Food Service Performance Responsibilities:
Follow program guidelines and time schedules consistently. Keep accurate daily records and required data for food service program. Abide by health and sanitation requirements. Maintain appropriate conditions for preparation, serving, clean-up as required for health and safety purposes. Assist Food Service Coordinator with assigned duties as necessary to ensure cafeteria is in compliance with all local, state and federal expectations.
