This role assists with food preparation and service, customer support, order accuracy, cleanliness, restocking, and teamwork across the restaurant. Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service. Take customer orders accurately and communicate special requests to the appropriate team members. Assist with preparing, portioning, packaging, and serving American-style food and beverages. Deliver completed orders promptly and courteously. Help ensure food orders are accurate and properly presented. Answer customer questions about menu items, ingredients, and available options. Operate the point-of-sale system and process customer payments as needed. Maintain clean and organized dining areas, counters, service stations, and workspaces. Clear and reset tables to maintain a neat and welcoming dining environment. Restock food items, beverages, utensils, napkins, packaging, and other restaurant supplies. Assist kitchen and front-of-house teams during busy service periods. Follow food handling, sanitation, cleanliness, and workplace safety procedures. Help maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and order accuracy. Communicate customer concerns, special requests, supply needs, and service issues to supervisors. Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and general restaurant duties. Help organize ingredients, supplies, and workstations for efficient service. Handle food, equipment, and restaurant supplies carefully and safely. Work collaboratively with coworkers to support smooth daily restaurant operations. Perform other food service and restaurant support duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous restaurant, food service, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Good attention to detail and order accuracy. Willingness to learn menu items, food preparation, and restaurant procedures.
