We're a fast-paced, customer-focused catering company known for delivering exceptional events and experiences. We're looking for an organized and motivated Assistant Office Manager to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.Position Overview:
The Assistant Office Manager will support daily office operations, assist with scheduling and event coordination, manage administrative tasks, and provide excellent communication between departments, clients, and vendors. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a strong attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:
Assist with office management and administrative support. Maintain and update event files, invoices, and client records. Support event planning, scheduling, and communication between departments. Handle phone and email correspondence professionally. Prepare reports and documents using Microsoft Office or similar software. Provide general support to the management team.Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of office administration or management experience, preferably in the catering, hospitality, or events industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar office software. EventPro360 experience preferred (or other event management software). Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Compensation:
