Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring presentation and quality meet brand standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment Follow food safety sanitizing procedures to uphold hygiene standards and prevent contamination Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including toasters, coffee machines, and warming stations Assist with food handling and portioning, ensuring accurate weight handling and proper food storage practices Greet guests warmly in person, provide attentive service, and address any special dietary needs or requests Process cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems while maintaining accountability for cash handling Support catering or banquet setups when needed, ensuring timely delivery and presentation of breakfast services Adhere to manual handling guidelines during food preparation and cleaning tasks to prevent injury Requirements Previous experience in fine dining, food service, or hospitality environments is highly preferred Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety management practices Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment and cleaning procedures in accordance with health regulations Ability to handle weights safely in the workplace during food handling or setup activities Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor in face-to-face interactions Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory or portioning tasks Experience with POS systems for processing payments efficiently Knowledge of dietary accommodations and catering experience is a plus Demonstrated ability to work quickly, efficiently, and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about hospitality who want to grow their culinary expertise while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
