SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Within the spirit of "Making People's Dreams Come True", the responsibility of this position is to assist the Servers and ensure tables are cleared, cleaned, and properly set for patrons. This position is also responsible for delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties and responsibilities for this position include the following; While this is intended to be an accurate reflection of the current job, Management reserves the right to revise the job or to require that other or different functions to be performed when circumstances change or exigencies require (this includes but is not limited to emergencies, changes in personnel, workload, rush jobs or technology developments).- Wipe tables and seats with sanitized cloths and replace dirty table linens.
- Set tables with clean linens, condiments, and other supplies.
- Scrape, stack and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchen for cleaning.
- Clean up spilled food, drink or broken dishes and remove empty bottles and trash.
- Perform serving, cleaning, and stocking duties in dining areas to facilitate customer service.
- Maintain adequate supplies of items such as clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, or trays.
- Serve ice water, coffee, rolls, and butter to patrons.
- Fill beverage and ice dispensers.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, and observe prescribed work, break and meal periods in compliance with standards.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance, hygiene, and grooming, which includes compliance with the dress code.
EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
