Position Summary As a Busser , you are an essential member of our Front-of-House team, ensuring the restaurant remains clean, organized, and ready to provide exceptional hospitality throughout every service. You will support servers, bartenders, food runners, and managers by maintaining dining areas, assisting with guest needs, and ensuring tables are reset quickly and professionally. Your attention to detail, sense of urgency, and commitment to teamwork help create the smooth dining experience our guests expect. Responsibilities Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room throughout every shift. Clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables promptly according to FINA Prime Italian standards. Refill water, bread, condiments, and guest necessities as directed by the service team. Support servers by assisting with table maintenance and guest requests. Assist food runners and servers with delivering food when needed. Maintain cleanliness of service stations, beverage stations, side stations, and dining areas. Polish glassware, silverware, and other service items as assigned. Keep floors, entryways, restrooms, and guest areas clean and presentable throughout service. Remove dishes, glassware, and utensils efficiently while maintaining a quiet and professional presence. Restock service supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations. Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and managers. Follow all sanitation, food safety, and cleanliness standards. Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties. Support banquet, private events, and special functions when required. Perform additional duties assigned by management to ensure operational excellence. Qualifications Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork.
