Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Steward to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our food service operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and smooth workflow in the kitchen and dining areas. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for guests and support our culinary team in delivering exceptional experiences. Responsibilities Assist with food preparation tasks, including basic cooking and assembling dishes to support chefs and kitchen staff Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen and dining areas by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and managing waste disposal efficiently Support catering and banquet setups by organizing utensils, linens, and serving stations to ensure timely service Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and adhering to health regulations Buss tables promptly during service hours to ensure a clean and inviting environment for guests Support the culinary team with food inventory management and restocking supplies as needed Contribute to a positive hospitality experience by serving guests courteously and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Knowledge of food handling safety standards and cleaning protocols Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing for extended periods, and bending frequently Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards supporting colleagues Basic understanding of catering events or banquet operations is a plus Experience with kitchen equipment or culinary tasks is advantageous but not mandatory A positive attitude combined with excellent communication skills will help you thrive in this role Join us as a Steward and become an integral part of creating memorable guest experiences through your dedication, teamwork, and passion for hospitality!
