We believe dining should feel approachable while delivering a level of service and attention to detail that creates memorable experiences for every guest. We are building a team of professionals who are passionate about hospitality, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement. Position Summary As a Busser at Nove Pasta House, you play a vital role in setting the standard for our dining room environment and overall guest experience. You will work closely with our servers and kitchen staff to ensure our space is immaculate, service stations are fully stocked, and our guests feel cared for from the moment they sit down.
Key Responsibilities Dining Room Maintenance:
Maintain a clean, inviting, and organized dining space. Clear, sanitize, and reset tables promptly to ensure seamless table turns.
Guest Experience & Support:
Assist with guest needs during service, including refilling water glasses promptly and warmly welcoming guests to the table.
Coffee & Beverage Support:
Assist the floor team by preparing and serving espresso drinks, coffees, and hot beverages with care.
Station Preparation & Stocking:
Keep side stations organized and fully stocked throughout the shift.
Polishing & Care:
Ensure all glassware, silverware, and plates are spotlessly polished, organized, and readily available for service.
Team Collaboration:
Support servers and runners during peak hours to ensure an efficient, smooth service flow.
Qualifications Experience:
1 year of restaurant experience in a fast-paced or fine-casual dining environment preferred, but willing to train hospitality driven individuals. Attention to
Detail:
Pride in maintaining clean, polished presentation across all service items and dining areas.
Team Player:
Strong communication skills and a willingness to step in wherever help is needed.
Pace & Energy:
Ability to thrive in a busy restaurant atmosphere while maintaining a calm, welcoming demeanor.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and comfortably carry trays, dish tubs, and glassware racks.
