Responsibilities Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly presented Serve hot and cold food items with professionalism and friendliness, adhering to food safety standards Replenish food and beverage supplies promptly to maintain a fully stocked buffet throughout service hours Assist guests with dietary preferences or special requests, providing excellent customer service at all times Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure health and safety compliance in all aspects of food service Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and presentation for optimal guest satisfaction Qualifications Previous experience in fine dining, food service, or hospitality environments preferred Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Experience serving or catering in hotel settings is a plus Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is advantageous Prior restaurant or food industry experience is highly valued Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential Join us as a Hotel Breakfast Attendant and become an integral part of delivering memorable mornings for our guests!
