Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly presented Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu items, and provide friendly in-person customer service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and serving utensils Follow food safety sanitizing procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met at all times Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including warming trays, coffee machines, and food prep tools Handle manual tasks such as weight handling in the workplace when restocking supplies or clearing tables Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, particularly in fine dining or restaurant environments Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety management practices Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Experience with food handling, serving, and catering operations preferred Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory levels Familiarity with wine knowledge is a plus for beverage service areas Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual handling tasks comfortably Knowledge of dietary accommodations and sanitation procedures to ensure guest safety Join us as a Breakfast Attendant to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences that start the day on a positive note!
