Prepares, washes, and stores dishes following Elegance procedures. Cleans dishwashing area, assists in serving, if needed. Assists cooks in cleaning food serving areas and equipment. Adheres to prescribed sanitation practices and procedures. 2. Sets up serving carts for each meal as required. Helps serve meals to residents' tables following Elegance procedures. Serves cereal at breakfast and bread at main meal. 3. Assists in bussing tables and preparing dishes for washing. Cleans dining room tables and chairs as needed. Vacuums and cleans dining room area, sets tables for next meal, prepares water carafes, and distributes to each table. 4. Focuses on good customer service regarding food service. Delivers trays to resident apartments as needed. Works as part of the culinary team to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operation of the kitchen. 5. Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Performs job duties for residents and with team members in a courteous and professional manner. Takes initiative to ensure resident safety and satisfaction. 6. Meets and greets visitors in a friendly, helpful manner (visitors include anyone who visits the community, specifically current residents' families and friends, prospective residents and their families, referral sources, vendors, and regulators). 7. Answers phones appropriately, according to company and community standards; communicates professionally and cooperates with supervisor and all community personnel. 8. Ensures compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents' rights. Attends all required in-service trainings. Follows company policies and procedures. 9.
