Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Food Service Worker to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional service in a fast-paced food industry environment, ensuring that all guests receive high-quality meals and a memorable dining experience. Ideal candidates will have experience in fine dining, catering, or hospitality settings, with a strong emphasis on food safety and customer satisfaction. The position offers an opportunity to develop skills in food preparation, serving, and food handling within a professional culinary environment. Duties Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner, maintaining high standards of customer service. Working a turbo chef oven for hamburgers, cheeseburgers and chicken sandwiches. Assist with food preparation tasks, including plating and garnishing dishes to meet quality standards. Set up and break down dining areas for service, including tables, buffets, and banquet setups. Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to maintain safety and hygiene standards. Support catering events and banquet functions by preparing and serving food items as required. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts. Follow dietary guidelines and special requests to accommodate guest needs. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Would be willing to cross train in multiple areas, including our coffee/ sandwich shop Can work in a fast pace enviroment Qualifications Prior experience in food service, fine dining, catering, or hospitality is preferred. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Experience in serving, food preparation, or banquet service is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if required. Previous barista experience or dietary aide background is advantageous but not mandatory. A professional attitude with a focus on hospitality excellence and teamwork. Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
