As a Busser, you will assist servers and maintain the overall efficiency of the restaurant while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Clear and clean tables promptly after guests finish their meals to prepare for the next customers. Assist servers by refilling drinks, delivering food items, and providing any necessary support during service. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing utensils and condiments. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Help set up and break down dining areas for special events or catering services as needed. Adhere to food handling and safety standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for both guests and staff. Provide excellent customer service by being attentive to guests' needs and responding promptly to requests. Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds as needed. A positive attitude with a willingness to help others is essential for success in this role. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant's schedule.
