In this dynamic role, you will be the friendly face behind our breakfast service, ensuring a warm, welcoming atmosphere while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create memorable mornings for our guests, fostering a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with precision and care, ensuring presentation and quality meet brand standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of all food preparation areas, including counters, equipment, and dining spaces Follow strict food safety sanitizing procedures to uphold health regulations and protect guest well-being Operate kitchen equipment such as toasters, coffee machines, and warming stations safely and efficiently Assist with food handling, portioning, and plating to ensure consistency and efficiency during busy service times Process cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems while providing excellent in-person customer service Restock supplies regularly and assist with cleaning duties to ensure a tidy, inviting environment at all times Requirements Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety management, and sanitizing procedures Ability to handle manual tasks such as weight handling in the workplace and operating kitchen equipment safely Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and managing inventory levels Experience with wine knowledge or beverage service is a plus but not required Excellent customer service skills with an energetic approach to engaging with guests in person Restaurant or catering experience, including banquet or dietary aide background, is advantageous Hospitality background with familiarity in food industry standards and food handling regulations Join us in delivering exceptional breakfast experiences that energize our guests' mornings!
