Job Description
The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing, maintaining, and servicing the hotel's complimentary breakfast area while providing excellent guest service. This position helps ensure guests have a clean, welcoming, and fully stocked breakfast experience each morning in accordance with brand standards and hotel policies. The typical shift for this position begins at 4:00 AM and ends at 1:00 PM . Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare and set up the breakfast bar before scheduled opening time Ensure all food and beverage items are fully stocked throughout breakfast hours Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, kitchen, counters, tables, and equipment Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and assist with guest needs during breakfast service Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation standards Properly store food items and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of trash disposal areas Clean and sanitize breakfast area after service ends Notify management of low inventory, maintenance issues, or guest concerns Assist with receiving and organizing food and supply deliveries Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and brand standards Assist other departments when needed
