November-December 2026 About Us Red Crawfish Seafood & Wings is bringing a lively, family-friendly Cajun seafood and sports-bar experience to Monroe. Our menu features seafood boils, raw oysters, wings, fried seafood, po'boys, cocktails, draft beer and more. We are building our opening team and looking for hardworking, dependable and team-oriented bussers who can help us maintain a clean dining room and provide fast, efficient service. Selected candidates must be available for orientation and training before the restaurant opens. Position Summary Bussers support servers and hosts by clearing and resetting tables, removing used dishes, maintaining clean service areas and helping prepare the dining room for arriving guests. A successful busser works with urgency, notices what needs attention and helps the team without waiting to be asked. This position plays an important role in table turnover, sanitation and the overall guest experience. Responsibilities Greet and acknowledge guests in a friendly manner Clear used plates, glassware, silverware and other items from tables Pre-bus tables throughout the guest's meal Clean, sanitize and reset tables promptly after guests leave Follow RC3's table-setting standards Transport dirty dishes and glassware safely to the dish area Separate trash, silverware, dishes and glassware correctly Assist hosts in preparing tables for arriving parties Assist servers with water, napkins, condiments and other guest needs Keep server stations stocked and organized Refill ice, cups, napkins, silverware and service supplies as assigned Clean spills promptly and place wet-floor signs when necessary Sweep dining-room floors and clean underneath tables and booths Maintain clean chairs, booths, highchairs and booster seats Keep walkways, exits and service areas clear Empty trash and replace liners as assigned Assist with restroom and dining-room cleanliness checks Notify management of spills, broken glass, safety hazards or equipment problems Handle seafood waste and used boil bags according to sanitation procedures Follow all handwashing, food-safety and sanitation requirements Complete assigned opening, running and closing duties Work cooperatively with hosts, servers, bartenders, food runners, dishwashers and managers Attend required meetings and training sessions Perform other reasonable duties assigned by management Qualifications Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required Dependable, punctual and ready to work Able to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail Positive and team-oriented attitude Able to follow instructions and respond to changing priorities Comfortable handling dirty dishes and restaurant waste Able to communicate clearly with coworkers and management Willing to assist guests and teammates when needed Must be available for pre-opening orientation and training Evening, weekend and holiday availability is strongly preferred Physical Requirements With or without reasonable accommodation, bussers must be able to: Stand and walk for extended periods Lift and carry approximately 40 pounds Carry bus tubs containing dishes and glassware Bend, reach, push and pull throughout the shift Work around hot dishes, broken glass, seafood and cleaning products Work safely on wet or potentially slippery surfaces Move quickly through a busy and noisy restaurant What We Offer Opportunity to join the original RC3 Monroe opening team Hourly pay plus eligible tip-out Employee dining discount Restaurant and safety training Opportunities for additional shifts and advancement Energetic, team-oriented work environment Scheduling Schedules are based on employee availability and restaurant needs.
