Duties Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with precision and care, ensuring quality and presentation meet high standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including food stations, tables, and equipment, following strict food safety sanitizing procedures Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including toasters, coffee machines, ovens, and food warmers Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, garnishing, and portioning ingredients while adhering to food handling safety protocols Process cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and handle weight-based food items with proper manual handling techniques Replenish buffet stations regularly to ensure freshness and availability of all offerings during service hours Engage with guests in person by providing friendly, attentive service, answering questions about menu items including wine knowledge when applicable Requirements Prior experience in fine dining or hospitality environments is highly desirable Demonstrated skills in food preparation, serving, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures to prevent contamination Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently; familiarity with POS systems is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person Experience in food handling within the restaurant or catering industry; banquet experience is advantageous Capable of manual handling tasks involving weight handling in the workplace while maintaining safety standards Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing inventory levels effectively Join us as a Breakfast Attendant if you're passionate about hospitality, thrive in a team environment, and are eager to deliver memorable mornings for our guests.
