Duties Clear and reset tables promptly to ensure a clean and inviting dining area for guests Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients under supervision Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently to maintain a steady supply of clean utensils, dishes, and kitchenware Follow food safety sanitizing procedures to uphold sanitation standards across all areas of the restaurant Support kitchen staff by handling manual tasks including heavy lifting of supplies and ingredients Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health and safety standards Assist with basic food handling duties during busy service times or catering events, including setup and breakdown Skills Ability to perform bussing duties efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude Open to learning to operate kitchen equipment such as dishwashers, sinks, and basic prep tools Open to learning about food safety management protocols and sanitizing procedures Manual handling skills including heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus Knife skills for basic prep work; knowledge of kitchen health and safety standards is highly desirable Join us in creating memorable dining experiences by supporting our culinary team with your energy, reliability, and dedication!
