The Assistant Operations Manager - Food and Beverage will oversee the food and beverage areas within the hotel. Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting and training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures. This person may also coordinate special events at the hotel. The Assistant Operations Manager- Food and Beverage must have strong communication and analytical skills. The salary range for this position is between $65,000 to $72,000 annually. This is not your typical career opportunity. This is the Hyatt Touch.
