Join our vibrant food truck team as Kitchen Help, Dishwasher/ Food Truck Worker! This dynamic role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about serving "Only Fresh" Fish to our community and guests, customer interaction, and fast-paced environments. Job Duties include, veg & fish prep, mixing sauces, making rice, making beverages, cleaning and dishes. This Food Trailer has A/C. There are no deep fryers or ovens to make it a hot working environment. It will be a comfortable place to work in. Plus Tip$!! Duties Run and maintain the dish pit Prepare and serve food & beverage items according to established recipes and safety standards, including basic food preparation and food handling techniques Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food truck and equipment, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety regulations. Manage time effectively during busy service periods to ensure quick turnaround times in a fast food or quick service environment Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and monitoring food quality throughout shifts Skills Proven experience in food service, restaurant work, or the food industry with a focus on quick service or fast food environments is a plus although we are

WILLING TO TRAIN
