Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated person to join our fast-paced business as a table busser.

Core Job Duties & Responsibilities Table Turnover:

Clear dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils immediately after guests depart and refill table condiments as needed (salt, pepper, creamer/sugar, etc.)

Sanitation & Cleanliness:

Wipe down tables, chairs, booths and high chairs. Clean up spills (as needed). In addition, periodically check restrooms to ensure adequate supply of toilet tissue, paper towels and hand soap. Empty restroom trash as needed.

Service Support:

Assist servers by delivering water to guests as needed, refilling coffee cups, and making coffee. Assist (if directed by wait staff) with delivering food accurately and efficiently to guests while handling food with care, following proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality.

Station Setup:

When not bussing tables, and before end of each work shift, ensure silverware is rolled napkins and all condiments are refilled i.e.: salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard, jellies, sugar/creamer, etc.).

Physical and Team Requirements:

Physical Demands:

Standing/walking for long periods, lifting, and carrying heavy dishes.

Teamwork:

Acting as a "helper" to servers to ensure fast table turnover and guest satisfaction.

Communication:

Strong and professional communication skills are needed in alerting servers to new guest seating or special requests

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service to guests in carefully bussing tables, and assisting with cashing out tickets. Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant settings is a plus, but not required; however, enthusiasm for learning is valued, and maintaining a positive attitude is required.
