Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and attentive Gaming Cafe Attendant to provide exceptional customer service in a lively gaming environment. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming atmosphere, assist guests with their needs, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cafe. Experience in food service, hospitality, or related fields is preferred to deliver a seamless experience for our patrons. This role offers an engaging work environment where attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival and provide assistance throughout their visit Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve promptly Prepare and handle food items following food safety standards, including snacks, drinks, and light meals Maintain cleanliness of dining and gaming areas, including tables, counters, and equipment Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health regulations Assist with setup and cleanup for special events or catering services Provide information about menu items and gaming options to enhance guest experience Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns professionally Qualifications Prior experience in fine dining, food service, catering, or hospitality is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Knowledge of food preparation, serving techniques, and food safety standards Experience with banquet service or dietary aide roles is a plus Ability to handle food safely and maintain cleanliness standards Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment Previous barista experience or background in the food industry is advantageous Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic gaming cafe environment where guest satisfaction is our top priority.
