The Busser maintains the cleanliness of the dining room ensuring a neat and sanitary place for guests to dine in.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Reset tables according to specifications of the restaurant. Remove plates and silverware when all guests have finished. Set up and break down dining room for each shift. Maintain service stations in a clean and orderly manner throughout shift. Perform all opening and closing side work as required. Follow company and equipment standards. Maintain cleanliness of dining room walls and shelves and cleanliness of overall dining room. Assist wait staff in carrying trays and bringing food to tables. Keep a clean and professional appearance at all times. May perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:

Ability to communicate verbally with other dining room staff in fast-paced environment. Ability to frequently use hands and fingers to feel, pull, push, and lift.
