Assistant General Manager Summary:
The Busser is responsible for providing support to the waitstaff by clearing tables, setting tables, and restocking supplies. They are also responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dining room.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Clear tables of used dishes, silverware, and glasses. Scrape and stack dishes for washing. Wipe down tables and chairs. Set tables with clean linens, silverware, and glassware. Restock supplies such as napkins, straws, condiments, and silverware. Assist with cleaning and closing duties. Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant setting. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
