Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a clean and welcoming dining experience for our guests. As a Busser, you will assist the waitstaff by maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, helping with food service, and ensuring that customers receive prompt and attentive service. Responsibilities Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers. Assist servers by refilling drinks, delivering food, and providing additional support as needed. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing utensils and condiments. Help set up and break down dining areas for special events or catering services. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest needs promptly and courteously. Support team members in maintaining a positive and efficient work environment. Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A helpful attitude with a willingness to assist others in achieving team goals. Experience in restaurant, catering, hotel, or kitchen settings is a plus but not mandatory.
