Job Description
Job description Emerald Tea Room is looking for a person with a can-do disposition to work lunch hours Tuesday through Saturday and occasional other times (weekend/morning/evening) for special events or extra busy days. Averages about 24 hours per week and includes lots of duties, not limited to, preparation of food for service, plating orders for service, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, dish washing and other miscellaneous as needed. Requires good food sanitation and safety practices. Food handler certificate helpful, but not necessary--will eventually need to acquire that. Experience in food service helpful, but will train for job as needed specific to our kitchen. Hours are roughly 10 to 2:30, but start and finish times will vary depending on how busy we are or are expected to be. Will review starting wage at 30 days.
