SUNSET FOODS

is currently interviewing for an Assistant Food Service Manager/Sous Chef at our Highland Park location. This is an opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art kitchen creating outstanding recipes for discerning customers. This is not your typical grocery store delicatessen. Assistant Food Service Manager/Sous Chef Requirements include: Excellent supervisory and communication skills; Professional culinary training or equivalent work experience; Ability to assist in new product development and menu costing, experience in ordering; Inventory maintenance and shrink control; Superior food knowledge; Extraordinary customer service skills; Passion for food. Minimum of 3 yrs. experience in the food service or restaurant field is also required.

Salary Range:
