We are seeking Repair Services Associates to support the repair, testing, and refurbishment of printers and mobile devices in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Pay Rate:
$17.50 - $18.50 per hour This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, troubleshooting, and working with technology while contributing to a high-quality customer experience. Responsibilities Perform repairs on a variety of printers, including handheld/mobile devices and large-format printers. Troubleshoot equipment issues and diagnose product failures. Complete mechanical repairs and basic hand soldering as needed. Inspect, clean, test, and perform final quality checks on customer products. Accurately document work performed, including symptom codes and parts replacements. Follow established work instructions, procedures, and quality standards. Meet productivity and performance expectations while maintaining quality. Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements. Resolve routine issues under direct supervision. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent vocational education. Basic computer skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Positive attitude and dependable attendance record. Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic production environment. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Frequent bending, reaching, and scooping. Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality. Pay Details:
