Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The position includes hourly wage and gratuities. The Busser plays a crucial role in ensuring that our dining area remains clean, organized, and welcoming for our guests. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for customer service and thrive in the hospitality industry. Duties Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers. Assist servers. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, tables, and chairs. Help with the organization of supplies and equipment to ensure smooth operations. Communicate effectively with staff and management regarding any issues or needs that arise during service. Support setting up and breaking down dining areas as required. Adhere to food safety and handling standards to ensure guest safety and satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and guests. Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
