Job Description
Banquet Busser We are seeking hardworking, dependable, and detail-oriented Banquet Bussers to join our team. As a Banquet Busser, you will play an important role in supporting our banquet and service staff and ensuring that weddings, corporate events, and private gatherings run smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, staying active, and taking pride in maintaining a clean and organized event space.
Responsibilities:
Assist with setting up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and other event items. Assist banquet servers with food and beverage service as directed. Clear and reset tables throughout events in a timely and efficient manner. Keep dining areas, service stations, and other guest areas clean, organized, and well maintained. Refill water, coffee, and other service items as needed. Assist with maintaining and restocking buffet and beverage stations. Transport dishes, glassware, silverware, and other banquet supplies between service areas and the kitchen. Assist servers and banquet staff with guest requests and event needs. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures. Assist with post-event breakdown, including clearing tables, collecting linens, stacking chairs, cleaning service areas, and resetting the space. Work collaboratively with banquet servers, kitchen staff, bartenders, and event coordinators to ensure a smooth and successful event. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the banquet operation.Qualifications:
Previous banquet, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred, but not required. Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. Strong attention to cleanliness and detail. Good communication and teamwork skills. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Must be at least 16 years of age.What We Offer:
