Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The Breakfast Attendant will be responsible for preparing and serving breakfast to our guests, ensuring a positive dining experience. Responsibilities:

• Set up the breakfast area and ensure it is clean and well-stocked with food, beverages, and supplies
• Greet guests in a friendly manner and assist them with any inquiries or special requests
• Prepare and serve breakfast items such as coffee, tea, juice, pastries, cereals, and hot dishes
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the breakfast area, including clearing tables and bussing dishes
• Monitor food levels and replenish as necessary to ensure a continuous supply for guests
• Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain safety and hygiene standards
• Assist with catering events or special functions as needed
• Provide excellent guest service by promptly addressing any concerns or issues

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Basic phone etiquette skills for taking reservations or assisting guests over the phone
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is desirable
• Must be comfortable using knives for food preparation
