Duties Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all items are fresh, appealing, and well-stocked throughout service hours Maintain strict sanitation procedures by cleaning work areas, utensils, and equipment regularly to uphold food safety standards Greet guests warmly, assist with inquiries, and provide excellent customer service to enhance their breakfast experience Monitor food safety practices by following proper storage, handling, and temperature controls for all food items Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for any paid breakfast options or special orders Restock supplies such as utensils, condiments, napkins, and beverages as needed to ensure smooth service flow Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure cleanliness, safety compliance, and efficient operation during breakfast hours Qualifications Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety management practices Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and courteously with guests Ability to follow detailed instructions regarding food handling and safety protocols Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or cleaning equipment Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in accordance with health regulations Embark on a rewarding journey where your proactive approach and friendly demeanor help create memorable mornings for our guests.
