Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests during breakfast hours. This role involves food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and present breakfast items in accordance with established standards. Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet, ensuring all items are fresh and appealing. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations. Assist guests with their breakfast needs, providing friendly and efficient service. Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas after service. Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery. Skills Proficient in food handling and safety practices. Experience in meal preparation and culinary techniques. Knowledge of banquet service standards is a plus. Strong cleaning skills to maintain a hygienic work environment. Background in food service or catering is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
