Job Responsibilities:

The Assistant Manager at Spear Ridge Cafe will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations. This includes managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.

Specific responsibilities include:

Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability Managing and training staff to provide excellent customer service Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Ordering supplies and managing inventory Creating and implementing marketing campaigns to attract new customers Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a food service manager Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety regulations Excellent problem-solving abilities

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
