Hiring Agency Tourism, Arts, & Heritage Cabinet | Kentucky Department of Parks Location 166 Upper Village Dr Gilbertsville, KY 42044 USA Description Kentucky Dam Village State Resort Park, located on the beautiful Kentucky Lake, is seeking someone with a great "service attitude." We need the right person to join the team as a Serving Attendant in Harbor Lights Restaurant. This key position will take food and beverage orders, retrieve, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to our guests, collect payments, work group events, and assist in the maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment. Job Duties include but are not limited to the following: Be friendly, greet guests, and have knowledge of the menu and park. Take guest orders and serve meals. Clean and prepare tables for guests. Prepare rolled silverware for each guest. Set up tables with linens if necessary for groups. Sweep and mop floors in dining room, service kitchens, and surrounding areas. Always remain professional and display a professional image through appearance and dress.
